Lafayette, Louisiana— April 1st, 2018— BG Realty and Management, the leading property management company in Lafayette, LA and surrounding areas announced it would be expanding its business with the recent purchase of two local property management companies. BG Realty and Management, which prides itself on top notch service to renters and owners, closed on the purchase of the property management division of United Property Services, LLC in October 2017. United Property Services, which was started in 2007, managed about 75 properties. BG Realty and Management’s second purchase was the property management division of Coldwell Banker Pelican Real Estate, which managed close to 90 residential properties. The sale took place on April 1st, 2018. Shortly after, the brokerage firm was sold to Van Eaton Romero / Latter & Blum.
